About the role
You will play a key role in delivering targeted, data-driven customer communications that enhance engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and maximise retention. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will plan, build, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys, ensuring every communication is relevant, timely, and aligned with broader marketing activity. Using performance insights and best practice, you will continually refine campaigns to improve customer experience, increase campaign effectiveness, and support the achievement of commercial objectives.

You will be responsible for
Planning, building, and executing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, suppression, and personalisation.
Monitoring campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise engagement, retention, and customer value.
Managing the CRM campaign calendar, coordinating with marketing and channel teams to ensure consistent messaging and avoid communication conflicts across customer touchpoints.
Carrying out quality assurance checks on campaigns, templates, and customer journeys before launch, maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
Maintaining best practices for CRM operations by overseeing deliverability, consent management, data hygiene, testing programmes, and continuous optimisation of campaign performance.
About you
You'll have 2–3 years' experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, with hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimising email campaigns and automated customer journeys. You'll be proficient in platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or Marketo, and have a strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation, suppression strategies, consent management, deliverability, and email marketing best practices.
You'll be an organised, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work. Confident analysing campaign performance, managing A/B testing, and turning insights into optimisation opportunities, you'll also be an effective communicator who collaborates well with stakeholders across the business and is passionate about improving customer engagement, retention, and the overall customer experience.
