About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll support the daily coordination of import deliveries and transport operations. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, overseas offices, and customers to ensure shipments move smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
Planning and coordinating import deliveries
Checking and confirming customs clearance status
Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and overseas offices
Monitoring shipments and resolving operational issues
Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of transport operations
Contributing to high service levels and timely deliveries
About you
You’ll have experience in logistics or shipping, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A basic understanding of customs processes and knowledge of UK and European geography would be beneficial.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a team player with a positive, can‑do attitude, who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be organised, proactive, and keen to develop your skills within a supportive logistics environment. Full training will be provided to help you succeed.
