Be part of the movement – and play your part.
About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, this role sits at the centre of a busy logistics operation, providing administrative and financial support to ensure bookings, rates, invoicing, and documentation are handled accurately and on time. You’ll work closely across operations, finance, carriers, and customers, helping to keep workflows efficient and compliant.
You will be responsible for:
Managing booking and rate accuracy, including updating systems and resolving discrepancies
Preparing, issuing, and reconciling daily invoices, ensuring all billing is accurate
Applying and verifying surcharges and identifying missing revenue or incomplete bookings
Handling customer and vendor onboarding, including documentation and form completion
Chasing PODs and maintaining accurate records
Supporting period‑end reporting, reconciliations, and finance processes
Responding to queries via email and phone, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
About you
You’ll have a strong administrative background, ideally within logistics, though we are open to candidates who are eager to learn. You’ll be confident working with systems and data, with excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling numbers, rates, and financial information. Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, are essential.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll be a strong communicator, comfortable liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and have a natural ability to investigate and resolve issues. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership will set you up for success.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
