About the role
This role is focused on delivering a high standard of professional and efficient customer service across multiple communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with reservations, queries, and product information while ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage. You will play a key role in resolving issues quickly, building customer relationships, and confidently identifying opportunities to promote and sell additional products and services where appropriate.
Please note – this role will be a fixed term contract for 6 months, working 24 hours per week.
You will be responsible for
Handle customer reservations and respond to enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Provide first contact resolution for customer and client queries, requests, complaints, and booking amendments.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all communications.
Proactively contact existing and potential customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
Confidently identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
About you
You are a professional, friendly, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You will have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers while delivering a high standard of service across multiple channels. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role.
Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous; however, it is not essential as full training can be provided. You should be confident using a computer, with good keyboard and navigation skills, and be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues are essential for success in this role.
