About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 on a fixed term contract of 6 months, you’ll play a key role in managing stock control and supporting daily warehouse and transport activity. This is a varied, office‑based role that combines system work, customer interaction, and coordination across teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Booking stock in and locating inventory using the Navitas WMS

• Creating picklists and preparing stock for outbound activity

• Scheduling inbound and outbound loads and organising transport

• Producing reports and communicating stock information to customers

• Dealing with customer queries by phone and email

• Using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage data and reporting

• Supplying accurate information for invoicing purposes

About you

You’ll have experience managing stock and working with a Warehouse Management System, along with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools. A college degree is preferable but not essential. You’ll be confident dealing with customers and drivers, with a friendly, outgoing manner and a calm, professional approach.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, accurate, and enjoy working in a busy environment where priorities can change. A positive attitude, good temperament, and strong communication skills are key. Someone who is bubbly, approachable, and happy to get involved will fit in well with the team.
