About the role  

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of equipment and fleet administration across the European network. You’ll play a vital part in monitoring equipment movements, maintaining accurate records, responding to operational requests, and supporting fleet activity through strong communication and system accuracy.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating equipment movements and maintenance across European locations

• Compiling data, monitoring customer requests, and prioritising incoming tasks

• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate operational records

• Responding to emails and phone calls professionally across multiple regions

• Using internal information platforms to support fleet and equipment operations

• Assisting with fleet maintenance administration and documentation

• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

About you 

You’ll be organised, detail focused, and confident communicating with teams across Europe. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy structure, system accuracy, and supporting a fast‑moving operational environment. The ideal person is calm under pressure, proactive, and naturally curious about how processes connect. You’ll enjoy problem solving, adapting to changing demands, and taking ownership of your learning. Someone who asks questions, thinks ahead, and supports continuous improvement will excel in this position.
