Be part of the movement - and play your part.
About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll play a key role in managing incident claims while also planning and monitoring equipment and container movements across the network. This position blends operational coordination with detailed administrative and analytical work, requiring a strong ability to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities.
You will be responsible for:
Managing damage claims relating to trailers, containers, equipment, and third‑party incidents
Liaising with repair agents, internal claims handlers, and operational teams for timely case progression
Gathering and validating incident evidence including telematics, photographs, CCTV, and statements
Maintaining accurate claim files, logs, trackers, and performance reports
Planning and coordinating container and equipment movements, ensuring correct availability and utilisation
Monitoring live equipment status, resolving operational delays or shortages, and maintaining depot/yard levels
Keeping accurate records of bookings, equipment flows, and movement data, supporting compliance and reporting
About you
You’ll have experience in logistics, fleet operations, container management or transport planning, with the ability to confidently manage both claims and equipment control responsibilities. Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment are essential. You’ll bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with strong IT literacy and confidence working with fleet or equipment management systems. Experience in insurance claims or incident handling is an advantage, as is an understanding of port operations and equipment utilisation.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re calm, professional, and solutions‑focused, with the ability to interpret operational and claims data and act proactively. A collaborative mindset, strong documentation skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure will set you up for success.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
