About the role
Working on 12 hour shift on days and nights, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth and compliant movement of goods across borders. You’ll be responsible for preparing and processing Customs documentation, resolving queries, and ensuring all shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. This is a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility role where attention to detail is essential.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing and checking Customs and associated documentation
Ensuring accurate data entry into relevant systems
Handling queries from internal teams, customers, and authorities
Liaising with hauliers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Monitoring shipment progress and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Customs procedures and compliance
Supporting colleagues to deliver a smooth end‑to‑end clearance process
About you
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ current Customs clearance experience and a strong understanding of Customs processes. You’ll thrive in a busy environment, work well as part of a team, and feel confident using your own initiative when needed. Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach are essential.
