About the role
Working Monday to Friday on a 6‑month fixed-term contract, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of our logistics operation. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries and will ensure bookings are created accurately and on time.
You will be responsible for:
Answering customer queries professionally and efficiently
Creating bookings and updating relevant systems
Communicating clearly with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and promptly
About you
You’ll need previous logistics experience and confidence working in a busy, customer‑focused role. You’ll be outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive approach to getting things done.
