Warehouse Supervisor

About the role
Working 40 hours per week on day shifts (with occasional weekend work), you’ll manage our contract logistics site in Stallingborough, dedicated to a single customer. You’ll oversee the pick & pack operation, ensuring inbound and outbound stock is processed efficiently and accurately.
You will be responsible for:
Managing warehouse operations for a single customer contract
Overseeing pick & pack activities and stock control
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the site
Monitoring daily KPIs and reporting performance
Managing resources and team schedules effectively
Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits
Driving continuous improvement in processes and standards
About you
You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in a busy contract logistics environment and hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly are essential. You’ll be confident managing people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced setting.
