About the role

Working 40 hours per week on day shifts (with occasional weekend work), you’ll manage our contract logistics site in Stallingborough, dedicated to a single customer. You’ll oversee the pick & pack operation, ensuring inbound and outbound stock is processed efficiently and accurately.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing warehouse operations for a single customer contract

• Overseeing pick & pack activities and stock control

• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the site

• Monitoring daily KPIs and reporting performance

• Managing resources and team schedules effectively

• Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits

• Driving continuous improvement in processes and standards

About you 

You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in a busy contract logistics environment and hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly are essential. You’ll be confident managing people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced setting.
