Be part of the movement – and play your part
About the role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, making sure everything flows efficiently from booking jobs to coordinating shipments. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, supporting both the warehouse and planning teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing daily warehouse operations and keeping track of inventory and shipments
- Booking jobs into the system and making sure pricing is accurate
- Handling customer enquiries about bookings, deliveries, and rates
- Working closely with the planning team to provide delivery schedules and updates
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments to keep things moving smoothly
- Supporting and supervising warehouse staff when needed
- Keeping records up to date and making sure we’re following safety regulations
You’ll be joining a friendly and focused team, where everyone works together to get the job done. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your tasks and contribute to the wider operation.
About you
You’ll ideally have some experience in warehouse administration or logistics and be confident juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are key, as you’ll be speaking with customers and different departments daily. You’ll need to be comfortable using warehouse systems and have solid computer skills to keep records accurate and up to date.
A Forklift Licence and Pallet Truck training would be great to have, and a Class 1 Driving Licence is a bonus, but not essential. If you’re a team player who’s self-motivated, organised, and enjoys solving problems, you’ll thrive in this role.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
