Passenger Operations Coordinator

About the role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting smooth check-in, ticketing, and vessel operations. You’ll work with different systems, communicate with both customers and authorities, and assist with passenger loading and disembarkation. This position is based on a variable shift pattern of 8 hours, working any 5 days out of 7.
You will be responsible for
- Using Seabook and Phoenix systems to manage passenger check-ins.
- Sharing service updates with customers as directed by the Duty Manager or Supervisor.
- Checking hazardous materials in Hazcheck to ensure safe handling procedures are followed.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Assisting with passenger embarkation and disembarkation, including support for those with reduced mobility (using hand-held UHF radios as required).
