Be part of the movement - and play your part.
About the role
Are you reliable, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced team setting? We’re on the lookout for a committed Warehouse Operative to support our operations in a chilled warehouse environment. Working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00 - 18:00), you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders in a temperature-controlled setting
- Use handheld terminals (HHTs) to split, ship, and transfer products and pallets
- Safely transport goods using manual and motorised pallet trucks
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Pitch in with general warehouse duties and any reasonable tasks as needed
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, dependability, and a sharp eye for detail to help us move forward together. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right and thrives in a hands-on role, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be a great fit if you’ve got experience in order picking and feel comfortable working in a chilled environment. Familiarity with handheld terminals (HHTs) is a plus, and training on T20 motorised or manual pallet trucks will give you an edge. We’re looking for someone who works hard, thinks ahead, and can switch seamlessly between solo tasks and team efforts.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
