About the role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support our busy operations. If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and take pride in a tidy workspace – we want to hear from you!
Working Monday – Friday, on 8-hour shifts (06:00 – 14:00 or 10:00 – 18:00), you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading cargo using a forklift truck
- Re-stacking and securing loads as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Conducting routine checks on equipment and reporting issues
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
About you
The ideal candidate will have proven FLT experience and be confident operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment. They’ll be a team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, helping to maintain a supportive and enjoyable working atmosphere. At the same time, they’ll be comfortable working independently when required, using their initiative and thinking outside the box to overcome challenges. A natural problem solver, they won’t hesitate to share their ideas and contribute to continuous improvement at every opportunity, showing a real passion for making a difference.
