What You Bring

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have all STCW95 certifications relevant to the role.
• Are competent in required muster duties.
• Continually deliver a standard of excellence in both crew and passenger areas.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Are ready to work to strict deadlines in a dynamic and pressurised environment.
• Apply a flexible and multifunctional attitude that promotes teamwork.
• Remain calm under pressure and rise to challenges with positivity.
• Fluent in English.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ideally, you should be located within an hour's commute of St. Malo.

While prior onboard service experience, particularly on High-Speed Craft, is an advantage, it’s not essential. What matters most to us is your attitude, skills, and eagerness to learn.
