About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to manage employee lifecycle transactions using the HRIS system Workday and the ticketing system TopDesk. This role involves responding to queries from managers and colleagues via email, phone, and MS Teams on various topics, including benefits, holiday calculations, letter drafting, and terms and conditions of employment. The successful candidate will ensure timely responses to different types of queries, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for:
- Data entry and validation, contract drafting, absence management tasks, cyclical routines related to employee benefits e.g. holiday purchase scheme.
- Liaising with the wider HR department including HR Advisors and Business Partner and occasionally supporting the advisory team with activities such as note taking in meetings.
- Contributing to improvements in HR operations processes and communication with managers and colleagues.
About you
Working alongside a dedicated team of four HR Coordinators, a Team Leader, Manager, and Data Analyst. You’ll engage in professional communication with a diverse range of internal colleagues, managers, and senior stakeholders. This role requires a balance of independent work and team collaboration, managing your workload, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality documentation. Attention to detail and confidentiality are crucial, as you’ll handle sensitive data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel is essential. While CIPD Level 3 and experience in a customer-facing HR role are desirable, they are not mandatory. Experience in HR within the UK or Ireland and familiarity with Workday are also advantageous. We’re looking for someone who can confidently make recommendations, handle workload fluctuations, and embrace positive changes, such as new system implementations.
